Happy Pancake Day!
I’ve always been a fan of breakfast-for-dinner (I can’t help it, I’m just crazy like that), but I must confess that when I hear the word pancake, the American in me thinks of this:
Sue me if you feel like grumbling about it. But remember, some Americans actually eat these.
Enjoy your pancakes however fluffy they may be!
you should try them southwest style–with nacho cheese and jalapeno peppers and hot pepper syrup. Actually, I made that up, but it sounds great anyway.
They look like what we call Scotch pancakes. Not that I’m suggesting you would ever go in such a place, but you might like to know they sell them in Tescos.
I thought that for something to be legally referred to as Scotch, it had to be covered in batter.
Yours,
A W-W
Yes, that’s correct and I do believe you can get them in that form if you take them to the local chip shop.
Unfortunately there are too many disgusting options. I find these versions particularly worrying.
Ah, but think of the hours and hours of fun.
